Shipping Policy

All purchases are shipped from our manufacturing unit in New Delhi, India, through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched:

  • Within India: Approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location
  • International orders: Approximately 6–14 business days, depending on the destination

While we make every effort to deliver within these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to logistics, courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Serviceability

We currently ship across most cities in India. However, certain pin codes may not be serviceable at the moment.

If your pin code is unavailable for delivery, our customer care team will contact you within 2 working days of receiving your order to discuss available options.

International Shipping

We are currently accepting orders within India and select international locations. Due to evolving logistical and regulatory conditions, Stimuli reserves the right to temporarily pause deliveries to any location if required.

Delivery & Confirmation

All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your order, please arrange for a family member, colleague, or neighbour to accept it on your behalf. Please note that Stimuli and our delivery partners cannot take responsibility for orders signed by an alternative recipient.

Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete delivery. This OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided at checkout and must be shared with the delivery personnel to receive your order.

Shipping Issues & Claims

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A damaged product
  • or experience any shipping-related issue

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, along with relevant images or details. We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest possible time.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Stimuli is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from delays once the order has been dispatched.
