At Stimuli, we strive to offer a seamless and considered experience. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges

Perfumes are intimate products. Once opened or used, they cannot be reused or resold.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Stimuli is not responsible for damage caused during or after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issues

In the rare event that you experience a product quality issue or receive an incorrect item, we are committed to resolving it in the best possible way on a case-by-case basis.

Kindly include clear images and order details to help us assess the issue quickly

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange may be considered only if:

The product is unused and unopened
It is returned in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and seals remain intact
The product is in a saleable, undamaged condition
The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Stimuli.

What Is Not Covered

Damage due to neglect, misuse, or incorrect application
Natural variation in fragrance perception
Products returned without original packaging or labels

Processing Timeline

Once an exchange or resolution request is approved, the process will be completed within 7–21 business days, depending on the nature of the issue and logistics.
